Abstract
Somalia’s democratization is vital for local governance, with the 2012 Provisional Constitution decentralizing power and introducing community engagement and electoral initiatives. The democratization process is crucial for effective local government formation in Somalia. Enhancing democratic practices can lead to greater accountability and stability.
