Abstract
Human capital development refers to the process of acquiring and increasing the number of people who have the skills, education, and experience that are crucial for economic growth (Eigbiremolen, 2014). Human capital refers to the abilities and skills of a country's human resources. Regression study results showed that the GDP of Somalia is positively impacted by advancements in technology, health, and education. This indicates that the increasing of the health care and educational systems of both private and public sectors is good for human capital development in Somalia and hence virtuous for economic growth.
